I had a sentimental bead that I wanted to wear on a necklace, and Emily fitted it perfectly onto a tailor made piece that is is beautiful, tactile and something I wear every day. Emily discussed the design and costing with me beforehand and was really sensitive to the fact that it was very meaningful for me. I will be straight back for future jewellery projects 😊

Went here for my first piercing today. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Both me and my partner went for completely different things and it was amazing. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing, but it your first and your nervous or your 10th and you just want to chit chat through it.

Brilliant experience, I'm prone to fainting with piercings but every effort was made to sure I was comfortable. Had a Helix done and it was quick, friendly and I was lots of helpful aftercare advice.

Fantastically talented young lady who really knows her stuff! I've been to a few places before for piercings and there's always been issues that have never been resolved - not with Emily! Absolutely amazing job in the first place doing the piercings and fantastic aftercare advice. So far I've had my 2nd lobes reopened, daith pierced, nose pierced and scaffa pierced and I'm so happy. I've also purchased one of Emily's necklaces with my initial on. She's also cleaned the rings I wear on a daily basis and now they're so shiny. Nothing is too much for this lady and her products and services are well worth the money.

I took my engagement and wedding rings in to be resized (larger) and I found her prices very good considering she would be adding gold to the rings.
They were altered very quickly, and looked like new, Shiny and looking beautiful! The fit was perfect, she’s like a magician 😮 💕
I will be back to have some bespoke jewellery made in the future.

Came here with a piercing done at pro body (yes I will name and shame) because they put the incorrect jewellery in for my bridge piercing the love lady sorted it all out for me and was very knowledgeable will be going back 100% piercing seems to be healing up nicely thank you ❤️
